Definitely recommend getting it! Fun tidbit: when combined with the original set, all the black cards can fit in the expansion box and all the white in the original box; makes keeping the cards separate easier!

I was a Kickstarter and fell in love with the original game instantly (as well as dozens of friends). And after the expansion was announced in the middle of the night, I got up to order it right away. That's how awesome it is.
However, speaking specifically for this expansion pack - there are a bunch of fantastic additions, including the make-your-own cards. Like the other review, a place for people to collaborate ideas would be really cool. Since I bought the first one, I've had many ideas (and have forgotten subsequently), so the blank cards are a fantastic idea.
Can't wait for more expansions!!!
